Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within three to five working days unless you have been contacted by a member of our team. Once your order had been shipped, you shall receive tracking information via email. In which you will be able to track your order until it reaches your door. 

All products are shipped through Australia Post. According to the updated shipping information provided on their website. Express shipping orders within Victoria should arrive between 1-2 business days. Normal shipping orders within Victoria should arrive between 2-5 business days. Please refer to the tracking information provided for any changes to this estimated shipping date or for more accurate information on the arrival of your order.  

For all interstate orders, the shipping time may vary between 2-7 business days or as outlined in the tracking information provided. 

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim.
